Each DolphinMishu piercing stud paced fully sealed and sterile cartridge, that eliminate any risk of contamination prior to piercing.

Users just need to simply pull the loop backwards until hear a click sound.
Avoid depressing the handle or trigger while pulling the loop back to insert the cartridge or the instrument may not be position properly.
Slowly depress the handle to line up the stud to the required position and when ready, press the trigger to pierce.
The piercing takes only 0.01 second and therefor pain is minimized.
