Equipment
Integrated production of 100,000 class clean workshop: the temperature of the clean workshop is always controlled in the range of 18~26 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity is controlled in the range of 45%~65% without other special requirements. Our production staffs working in the clean workshop are all well trained and pretty experienced in the production process, and they follow the strict requirements and procedure, for example each staff must clean her/his hands and wear gloves prior to the manufacture. To minimize the contamination the skin of the staff shall not directly contact any surface of the product during the whole production process. Besides, we have professional disinfection treatment devices and sterilization equipment. Meanwhile the quality of the primary material, like cover paper, meets the corresponding requirements of medical devices.
Production
We have several product lines to satisfy demands of various countries and customers. It includes the line of Ear Piercing Instrument, Nose Piercer, Body Piercer, and Sterile Earring Studs etc. Moreover, we have own R&D department / manufacture department / business department, which make us be capable of providing OEM / customized product, e.g. customer LOGO or key information onto the surface of piercing products or packages. All production process is implemented in 100,000 class clean workshop and all products are treated by medical grade ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization in order to eliminate inflammation and reduce the cross infection.
